About this gig
We all know these tedious, little tasks, which need to be done over and over again. You might have thought, that a computer could do these things. Well, probably they can. I am happy to save your time and take some of these nasty bits out of your working day. I am developing a custom application for you, which will save your day. This can be as easy as copying or renaming files or as complex as taking data from some input files, carrying out some math and saving the results to a database or to a new Excel file, for example.
As an engineer, I have created plenty of these helpers, with and without graphical user interfaces, and I am happy to share my expertise with you. I will write your code in Python, which makes it easy to operate on different operating systems.

As an engineer, I constantly have to develop tailored tools for me and other engineers. This involves numerical models and simulations as well as simple daily helpers, which might backup your data or aggregate data from various sources.
Oftentimes, an Excel template exists and my job is, to convert this tool to a Python application.
Database integration is a big part of the job, not only to store data, but also to make a graphical user interface (GUI) more flexible.

Certainly not. However, depending on your tasks, you might be able to save enough time (and ultimately money) to buy some Bitcoin (or at least a fraction of it) ;-)
Will my application have a graphical user interface?
In the premium package, I will include a graphical user interface, if it makes sense for your task. If you don't need the premium package but must have a GUI, get in touch, we will find a solution.
