FAQ
What do I need to send you?
Send the original suspicious email as an .eml or .msg file, or paste its full headers. A screenshot isn’t enough, because it doesn’t contain the technical details I need.
Can you tell me who sent the email?
I can show which servers sent it and whether it was spoofed or impersonating someone. I can’t always identify a specific person, and I don’t track or locate individuals.
Can you access or recover my email account?
No. I never access, hack into or recover any account. Please don’t send me passwords or login details.
Will you open attachments or click links?
I use safe, static checks and never run anything on a live system. I won’t open files that look like active malware.
Is the report valid in court?
It’s a technical analysis, not a certified expert opinion or legal advice. Please check with your lawyer about how it can be used.
Is my information kept private?
Yes. Your files are kept confidential, are never shared or reused, and are deleted after the order on request.
What if I already clicked a link or opened an attachment?
Tell me in your order details. I’ll note it in the report. Meanwhile, change your passwords from a safe device and contact your bank or IT team if money or work accounts are involved
