My service entails:

• transcribing dictations of patient visits or encounters, including the history of present illness, HPI, review of systems, past medical and surgical history, family and social histories, medications, and allergies.
• physical examination findings and procedures as performed by the physician.
• entering information into EMR/EHR as needed
• HIPAA Certified - demonstrating the ability to maintain confidentiality and privacy in accordance with governing HIPAA regulations. 

I am also available to be your Full time or Part-time Virtual Medical Assistant.
