WHAT YOU'LL GET:
- You can choose from a package of 1, 2 or 3 email flows which include 3 emails each. If you're not sure which automations are right for you at this time, drop me a message and I am more than happy to advice!
- I will deliver designs in a JPG/PNG or if you are managing your campaigns in Klaviyo, I can set up your campaign directly on there.

FAQ
Do you work with any brand/company?
Please note that due to an existing contract with a non-compete clause I am unable to work with any brand or company that carries or is affiliated with maternity/nursing items or children’s products.
Do I have to know exactly which flows I need?
Not necessarily, I am here to help you optimise your strategy and advise which automations are suitable for you.
Do you do translations?
Unfortunately no. Any copywriting I do for your emails will be in English. However, you're free to choose between British or American spelling depending on your brand.
Can I choose what platform the emails will be programmed in?
My primary tool is Klaviyo but I do have some experience in other platforms as well such as Campaign Monitor. Feel free to message me before placing your order and we can explore if other platforms are possible.
What do you use for design?
At the moment, I am working with Canva Pro which has some amazing design capabilities. Depending on the complexity of the work required, I am able to use Photoshop as well.
Do you work with video?
I am able to create GIFs but I am not able to create a video for you to be included in the email. If you have a video already that you would like included in your email, you can send it to me ahead of time to test if it's fit for the campaign we are creating.
Do I have to provide copy?
As a default, the email package includes up to 100 words of copy written by me if you wish to use it. If you have longer copy already written or any keywords that you would like to be used, we can incorporate that into the design.
Will I receive the original design file?
Yes, I will transfer you an export as well as the raw file for you to keep.
