I will design custom electronic circuit, pcb and firmware from your idea

Have a product idea, a sketch or a half-working prototype? I take it from requirement to a board you can manufacture: schematic, PCB layout and the firmware that runs on it.

Things I've built:

• A plasma arc gas lighter and a vegetable chopper, each with an electronics BOM under $0.30
• A high-power LED flashlight with a built-in powerbank
• BMS boards from 4S 100A LiFePO4 to 16S 60A Li-ion
• An MCU-supervised CC-CV charger for light EVs
• A camera-guided steering system for a farm robot

How I work:

1. You tell me what the product must do, its power source, size limits and target cost.
2. I propose the block diagram and key parts, and flag risks before any layout.
3. Schematic and BOM, then PCB layout in Altium.
4. Firmware in C for STM8, AVR, ESP32 or Padauk, if the board has an MCU.
5. Gerbers, BOM and source files, plus help while you bring up the first boards.

I check parts against their datasheets rather than copying reference designs, so problems show up on paper instead of on your bench.
