FAQ
What first information is required to consultant before start of project?
First information is the input data which is required to consultant before start of work. This include project specs, country & city, plot address, site plan with north direction, site geotechnical report showing bearing capacity of soil, complete architectural drawings, seismic zone, loadings, etc.
What does project size means?
This package indicates a size of project of less than 1000 sq-ft, which is normally a single story dwelling. Property with larger area shall be counted as customized project and fee of it shall be different.
What does revision means?
Revision is considered, when client requests for minor changes in submitted drawings of project. This is the complete definition of revision. Any major change or complete change of plan shall not be considered as revision. It will be considered as new project.
How many 2D structural drawings will you create in each package?
This Gig is solely for a design. For development of construction drawings, I have a separate gig. Check it out now for details.
Does delivery time cover with #'s of revisions mentioned in package
No!. First submission of package will be submitted to client as per mentioned delivery time. After submission when client reverts back with minor changes, revision will be made with extra time. Note: Please revisit the meaning of revision in FAQs.
Define major changes?
Major changes include complete change of architecture, layout plans, structural system, material which causes change in plan, design and redraft of set of drawings.
