This discovery package turns scattered requirements into a practical brief for one business. It includes:
- One 60-minute Fiverr consultation
- Maps for up to 3 customer or enquiry workflows
- Core records, fields and user-role requirements
- A prioritised first-version feature list and exclusions
- Acceptance criteria for the agreed workflows
- Questions to resolve around migration, integrations, hosting and support
- Written answers to 5 key questions
Receive a PDF and editable requirements document, with one consolidated revision round. I will consider whether an existing CRM or a focused improvement could fit better than a custom build.
This package does not include working software, migration, integration setup, security testing or software subscriptions. Development can be quoted separately on Fiverr after discovery.

Will I receive a working CRM for this price?
No. You receive a scoped requirements blueprint and consultation. A working CRM, integrations and data migration need separate estimates based on the agreed requirements. You can use the brief to assess options or discuss a subsequent Fiverr development project with me.
Can another developer build from the document?
Yes. The deliverables give an internal team, no-code specialist or software developer a clear starting brief. They are not a substitute for that supplier's own technical discovery.
What happens after the planning package?
You can take the documents to your chosen supplier, improve an existing CRM, or ask me for a separate Fiverr quote for design and build work. There is no obligation to continue.
