I am Sayan Datta. For over a decade, I have worked in live transfers, appointment setting, cold calling, and closing. And I've worked on a variety of campaigns, including MCA, Debt Settlement, Mortgage, HVAC, Solar Panel, Real Estate, and Credit Repair.

FAQ
How to get started?
To begin, I ask that you have a script on hand(I have scripts available as well for purchase), your lead list, as well as some background information about your business. We will chat briefly about the aim of the calls and settle on a delivery time.
What will consider as a call?
Attempts*2-Upon no response, a detailed voicemail recording will be left upon request. How do you make phone calls? I use VoIP. I have US and Canadian phone numbers.
What are your working hours?
Monday - Friday from 9 am - 6 pm (EST)
How do you track the calls?
There are two ways. I put notes for each call in Excel, or I can set up an account for you in Zoho (CRM) and add comments for each call, but it will cost you an additional $25(check gig extras). I can also send you my call logs, but you'll need to let me know when you're placing the order.
Do i have a team or group ?
No, But I can build it if the project demands it.
Do you have any recording sample?
Yes, I do, and if you want a sample, I can happily give it to you. But a live conversation won't be given as I will charge for it.
Do you need script?
No. If you have any script that you're using that's always preferable. But, if you don't have any then i can make my own but it'll cost you additional $5.
