Here is how it works:

Step 1 :

we need 3D model of your product

3D model i mean computer generated 3d model in softwares like rhino,3dsmax,blender,solidworks,c4d,blender etc

If you don't have one we shall have to create one

Step 2:

I am going to use that 3d model and put material on it. for material i would need a reference image from you or any drawing that will tell me which material goes where and how the final look of the product

will be.

Step 3:

You will give me a rough script that will tell me how you want the animation to be. which camera angles i should cover and what functions/details of the product you want to show and in what order.

Step 4:

I will setup your animation and will show you a preview before rendering the final version.

Step 5 :

Once you approve the preview i will render it in asked quality...
