Do I need to give you my hosting/cPanel access?
Yes, I'll need cPanel, FTP, or WordPress admin access to clean your website properly. Don't worry, your information stays 100% safe and private with me.
Will my website content or data be lost during cleanup?
No. I only remove malicious files and code, not your original content. For extra safety, I always recommend taking a backup before I start (I can also do this for you).
What if the malware comes back after cleanup?
That's rare once I finish the cleanup and security setup. But if it happens within my support period, I'll fix it again for free.
Can you also remove Google's "This site may be hacked" warning?
Yes! Once your site is clean, I'll help you request a review from Google Search Console to remove the warning.
