What exactly can you fix? My site has multiple issues.
Pretty much anything WordPress-related white screen of death, 500 errors, broken pages after an update, plugin conflicts, WooCommerce checkout issues, slow site, hacked site, you name it. If you're not sure whether I can help, just message me and describe what's going on. I'll be straight with you.
How long will it take to fix my WordPress site?
Most fixes are done within 24 hours. sometimes faster. If it's a more complex issue, I'll let you know upfront before we start. I don't leave you guessing. You'll always know what's happening and when to expect the fix.
Do I need to give you access to my website? Is it safe?
Yes, I'll need temporary WordPress admin access and sometimes FTP or hosting access depending on the issue. Your credentials are 100% safe. I delete everything right after the job is done. I've done this for 120+ clients and privacy is something I take seriously.
What if the issue comes back after you fix it?
I don't do temporary patches. I fix the root cause so it doesn't come back. That said, if something related pops up right after delivery, reach out and I'll take a look. I'm not the type to fix something halfway and disappear.
