I can assist you with all the tools available within Microsoft 365. This includes Outlook and Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, Teams Phone System, Forms, Lists, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps Development etc.
Why should I choose you?
From my experience, most engineers are technical people and focus primarily on the technical aspect. I have business and customer experience background, I can therefore help you more holistically on the technical, functional, training and best practice aspects and properly demystify M365 for you.
What if I need assistance in the future?
I am a full-time freelancer. This is my day job and not a side gig. I also have additional members on the team as backup when needed. You will always have the option to hire me whenever required. I also offer monthly support subscriptions.
Can I order your gig if I am not a Business Owner?
This gig is best suited for Small and Medium Business founders. If you're not the founder, as long as you have admin permissions to your tenant and are authorized to use external help, you can hire me. If you don't have IT authorization from your org, Please message me first before placing the order
What are the pricing tiers? Is there a discount if I am an MSP?
A one off consultation upto 1 hour is USD 100. For 4 hours support package, price is USD 75 per hour. For 10 hours support package, price is USD $50/hour For MSPs, I offer a discounted 40 hours support package at USD 1600 ($40/hour), Message me if you are interested in this offering.
