FAQ
How do we start working together?
Would you mind sending a message before placing an order? So we can agree on the details and see which plan is the most suitable for you. Everyone's project has different needs. A brief conversation is highly recommended before you order.
Do I need to buy Elementor Pro? What themes/templates do you have?
No, I have an UNLIMITED license, and I'm covering you for FREE. I have 2000+ Premium Envato themes/templates all directly purchased from the market to assist me in designing websites for my clients. ALL FOR FREE!
What do i need to provide?
I need all content(texts, images, videos, etc.) ready before we start with a couple of websites/designs that you like to see in what direction we would go. Also, I need your self-hosted WordPress admin username and password.
I do not have content or images. What should I do?
If you don't have content, I can build a website with dummy content, and you can later replace it. Or, you can hire any content specialist to help us get the content. I have several known marketplaces where we can get royalty FREE images and also stock images. Please message me to know more about it
I do not want to share my WordPress Logins/Hosting Logins.
Hosting Login: You can create a hosting user account if your hosting company supports it. WordPress Login: You can create an additional administrator account using any email address and share the username or password. Contact me for more details.
Do you offer website hosting or domain registration?
I can help with domain registration, web hosting, and anything else regarding your website. Contact me for more information about this. I know many good hosting companies, so I can get you an affordable price. I will also help you set it up.
Can I edit content by myself?
Yes. WordPress and Elementor are very user-friendly. It is easy to edit content and make any changes you may need. Besides, I will provide a basic editing guide/video using which you can do it yourself and you won't need to hire anyone.
When you can start?
I can start immediately after placing the order if you can provide me with everything properly - content, images, hosting/server. I don’t take multiple orders at a time to maintain quality.
Do you offer support or maintenance after my website is launched?
Yes. I offer on going support through messages (Q&A style) to help them manage your website. I can also offer custom maintenance packages to keep your website up to date and secure.
Do you do Illustration or logo designing/graphics?
Nope! I don't do Illustration or any advanced logo designing. I specialize in UI/UX design to make your site visually stunning with great usability. However, I do basic logo designing using canva so let me know if you need help.
