Do you work with different MDM and UEM platforms?
Yes. My consultancy is vendor-independent, focusing on MDM/UEM architecture, migration and transformation. I apply established enterprise mobility principles across different technologies, assessing platform-specific requirements before agreeing to a project.
What is included in your consultancy packages?
Services range from initial MDM assessments to solution architecture, migration planning and enterprise transformation. Each package has defined consulting hours, device limits and deliverables. Please review the package details before ordering.
Will you perform the actual MDM migration?
Standard packages cover consultancy, architecture and migration planning, not migration execution. Configuration, deployment, device enrolment and migration activities can be arranged separately through a custom offer after reviewing your requirements.
How many devices and operating systems are covered?
Basic covers up to 25 devices and one OS; Standard up to 250 devices and two OSs; Premium up to 1,000 devices and two OSs. These are assessment and planning limits, not commitments to migrate devices. Complex environments require a custom quote.
How many consulting hours are included?
Basic includes 2 hours, Standard 5 hours and Premium 10 hours. This covers agreed meetings, technical assessment, architecture, documentation and handover. Additional consulting hours are available at the applicable package rate.

Does the delivery period mean full working days?
No. Delivery time is the calendar period for completing agreed deliverables, not continuous working days. Each package has a fixed allocation of consulting hours. Meetings are scheduled by mutual agreement.
What information do you need before starting?
Please provide your current MDM environment, approximate device count, operating systems, ownership models, target platform and project objectives. Existing architecture, configuration documentation and known technical constraints are helpful.
What happens if my project requires additional work?
Work outside the agreed scope, including additional workshops, architecture changes, implementation or migration execution, requires a separate quotation. Revisions cover amendments to agreed deliverables, not new requirements
