I'm on Klaviyo, not Mailchimp — can you still help?
Absolutely. I work in both Mailchimp and Klaviyo — including flow design, segmentation, and migration between the two. I also work with MailerLite, Flodesk, ConvertKit, Constant Contact, HubSpot, and ActiveCampaign.
Will my emails actually reach the Primary Inbox, not Promotions or Spam?
Inbox placement depends on technical setup (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), sender reputation, list health, and content. I optimize the design AND the code (under 102 KB to prevent Gmail clipping) and run a spam-trigger word audit on your copy. My Premium tier includes a full deliverability audit.
Can you migrate me from one platform to another without losing my list?
Yes — Mailchimp ↔ Klaviyo most often, plus MailerLite, Flodesk, and ConvertKit. I preserve segments, tags, and history wherever the platform allows. Migration is a $145 add-on or included in the Premium package.
Will the template work on mobile AND Dark Mode?
Yes — every template I deliver is tested on iOS Mail, Gmail mobile, Outlook, Apple Mail, and Yahoo in both Light and Dark Mode before send.
What's the difference between your three packages?
Basic is best if you just need one clean template and a campaign sent. Standard is the most popular — it adds 3 templates, 1 automation flow, segmentation, A/B testing, and a video tutorial. Premium is a complete email system: multiple templates, 3 automation flows, deliverability setup.
What do you need from me to get started?
Three things: (1) your platform login or admin/manager invite, (2) your brand assets (logo, colors, fonts, sample imagery), and (3) a short brief on your audience and goal. I'll send a checklist after you place the order.
