This is my first order on Fiverr, can you walk me through the process?
Absolutely! Fiverr is one of the safest and most buyer-friendly freelance platforms out there, customer service is one click away and you can always send me a message regarding your order and I will walk you through the process.
I don't really have a solid idea of what I want, or I am overwhelmed by ideas for my package, can you guide me through the creative process?
That's completely normal and you are not required to have a clear and precise design/theme in mind for us to start, just go through whatever you have in mind whether it is a complex comprehensive idea/design or barely a half-cooked thought and I assure you we will be able to work with that!
Can I see your full portfolio/ all your previous work?
Fiverr only shows the last 20 previews on the GIG page and we have designed and animated more than 100 complete packages in the last 5 years, so to preview all of our previous packages please visit our channel @SBERAZER_ on YouTube!
Does the premium package includes Logo/Emots/Sub badges..etc
The package itself includes only what is stated in the description of the GIG (which is already more than 35 elements/files) however we offer all sorts of extras from Logos/ Emotes/ Sub badges /Health bar overlays/ Different tiers of alerts/ Animated emotes/intros and much much more!
I am new streamer and I am struggling to set up my stream or I am having trouble using the files in the package, can you help with that?
We always have been believers in the importance of after-sale service, and we will gladly provide any help you may need during the installation process of your order, and will keep helping you with anything that may come up in the future!
Can you install your package for me?
Yes! we provide a hassle-free installation service for your package so you can focus on the more important things, like your stream! you can choose to either have us go through the process with you via screen share or have a one-click installation file attached that you can use with Streamlabs OBS.
