My name is Anthony Blake and I'm a session vocalist/musician based out of the United States. The main genres I work with are metalcore, post-hardcore and EDM. However, I still enjoy expanding and working on other genres.
Being in the scene for over 10 years has allowed me to work and collaborate with artist all over the world. This has led me to work with minor and major labels. What's the difference of credit song writing and ghostwriting in your gig?
Essentially ghostwriting involves me writing/recording for you the artist and not being involved in the credits. All the credit goes to you as the artist. While credit song writing, is the opposite and I get acknowledged in the credits. This also could be considered a vocal feature in your song.
What genres do you work on?
I have written and recorded vocals on songs on multiple genres like metalcore, deathcore, post-hardcore, pop and hardstyle. Only need background vocals? I offer that too!
What are ad-libs?
Ad-libs are added parts in the song to add fullness, energy and excitement. In this case, it could be an extra, 'YEAH', 'OH' or 'BLEGH' before or after a breakdown. I record a set of ad-libs of several variations you can add into your song.
