What do you need from me to get started?
Access to your monday or ClickUp account (or a guest or admin invite), a short description of your sales or project process, and any spreadsheets or current tools you want moved over. I send a short intake form after you order.
Do you build from scratch or use templates?
Both. I use proven structures as a base, then customize the stages, fields, and automations to match how your business really runs.
Can you move my data from spreadsheets or another tool?
Yes. I migrate data from Excel, Google Sheets, Trello, Asana, HubSpot, Pipedrive, and similar tools, and I clean it up on the way so you do not carry the mess over.
