Scanline Studios creates photorealistic 3D interior and architectural visuals for homes, apartments and property presentations, with considered furniture, materials and lighting.
CHOOSE YOUR PACKAGE
- Basic: one room up to 25 sqm, with 1 rendered image
- Standard: up to 2 rooms, 60 sqm total, with 3 rendered images
- Premium: the same area with 3 images plus a 15-second interior walkthrough
All packages include 3D modeling from your measured plans, furniture placement, texturing, lighting, 2000-pixel JPG renders, the native project file and 2 revision rounds. Premium video is 1080p MP4.
Send your floor plan, ceiling heights, room photos, material choices and style references. I share a preview to agree on the look before final rendering.
One agreed layout is included. Whole buildings, larger spaces, custom furniture, exterior scenes, 360 panoramas and alternative designs require a custom quote. These visuals are for presentation, not construction or permit approval.

Is 3D modeling included?
Yes. All packages include modeling from your measured floor plan or sketch, ceiling heights and references. Basic covers one room up to 25 sqm; Standard and Premium cover up to 2 rooms, 60 sqm total. Send your files first if the scope is unusual.
Can you help with the interior style?
Yes. I can suggest furniture placement, materials and colors based on your references for one agreed layout. Custom furniture, alternative concepts and exterior scenes need a custom quote. These are presentation visuals, not construction or permit drawings.
Which files and video will I receive?
All packages include 2000-pixel JPG images and the native project file. Premium also includes a 15-second 1080p MP4 interior walkthrough. Confirm software compatibility before ordering. 360 panoramas and longer videos are quoted separately.
What do revisions and final image editing include?
Basic image finishing and 2 revision rounds are included. Revisions refine the agreed layout, materials, lighting and camera views. New rooms, redesigns or changed plans are additional scope. Please provide combined feedback on each preview.
