Please answer ALL questions as precisely as possible. I will need to know all information before beginning.

If your project information does not come as a file (ex. a screenshot or pdf outlining the rules of the project) please skip that question, continue to the next, & WRITE the information (or describe as much of the idea that you can, we can infer later).

If ANY file is present, I MUST be able to open it. Make sure the file is shareable before sending.
