The process:

1. You (the client) upload the files.
2. I download the documents and check to see if I have everything I need to start working.
3. Once I make sure I have everything I need (images, links, fonts), I then start working on the formatting by comparing it with the source file/s
4. The project then undergoes a quality check.
5. The work is then sent to the client for approval.
6. If you (the client) suggests has any feedback/changes to the the document, I move to implement the changes right away.
7. After you approve the work I will send all the source files.
