1. Which software do you use?
I build schedules in Primavera P6, MS Project, or Excel. You choose one per order, and I deliver the native file (XER, MPP, or XLSX) plus a PDF Gantt chart.
2. What information do I need to provide?
At minimum, your project scope or activity list, a start date, and a target duration. Drawings, budgets, and resource details help me build a more accurate, resource-loaded schedule.
3. Can you build a schedule if I don’t have an activity list?
Yes. With a custom package, I develop the WBS and activities from scratch using your drawings, scope documents, or contract. Message me first so I can review what you have.
4. What types of projects do you schedule?
Commercial, multifamily, industrial, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, data center, and MEP projects. I’ve scheduled work ranging from small renovations to large facilities like Tesla Gigafactory Texas.
5. Will my schedule meet owner or lender requirements?
Yes. Every schedule uses proper CPM logic, avoids hard constraints, and is checked against the DCMA 14-point assessment, so it’s ready for owner, lender, or contract submission.
6. Can you update my existing schedule?
Yes. I can progress your schedule with actual dates, re-forecast the critical path, and report delays. Message me for ongoing support.
7. What if my project has more activities than the package allows?
Add the “Additional 100 Activities” extra for each block of 100 activities over your package limit. For very large projects, message me for a custom quote.
8. Do you sign NDAs or keep my project confidential?
Absolutely. All drawings, budgets, and project details stay confidential, and I’m happy to sign an NDA before you share files.
