What do you need from me to start?
A clear goal (what should the visitor do?), your target audience, and any existing materials (texts, photos, logo). No formal brief needed. If you have a reference site you like, send it.
Will I own the source code?
Yes. Source files (HTML/CSS/JS) are yours after delivery. No vendor lock-in, no platform fees. You can host wherever you want.
Where will the site be hosted? Are there monthly fees?
Default deploy is Cloudflare Pages - free for small sites, fast, supports custom domains. No monthly fees from me. If you prefer Netlify, Vercel, or your own hosting, that works too.
Do you provide copy and photos?
Copy and photos are not included by default. You provide them, or we can discuss a copy/stock-photo add-on before ordering. I focus on design, code, and analytics.
What if I want changes after delivery?
ou get revisions within your tier (Basic 2 / Standard 3 / Premium 5). Additional revisions are $20 each. Bug fixes within 30 days of launch are always free.
