Will you fix the problem as part of this package?
The $125 package covers up to two hours of investigation and a written recommendation. If you want me to implement the change, I can give you a separate fixed-price offer once we know what is involved.
What do you need to begin?
The deployment error, the relevant pipeline configuration, the AWS services involved, and logs from the failed attempt. Read-only access may also be needed. Please remove secrets and unrelated customer information from files you send.
Do I need to give you my AWS root login?
No. Start with logs and configuration. If account access is needed, we can use a temporary role with permissions limited to the agreed review. Keep root credentials, secret keys, and passwords out of messages and attachments.
What does one revision include?
One revision covers clarifying the report, correcting an error, or answering follow-up questions about the same deployment failure. A different issue, application, or environment is a separate scope.
Can you guarantee the root cause will be found?
I can promise a careful review and clear findings. Some failures require unavailable logs, access to another system, or help from a service provider. I will distinguish what the evidence confirms from what still needs checking.
Can you investigate a production environment?
Yes, with suitable read-only access or logs. This package does not change your environment. If a later implementation needs a production change, we will agree on the change, validation, and recovery steps first.
Can you build a deployment pipeline?
Yes. Send me the repository type, application stack, AWS deployment target, and desired release process. I can then quote a single pipeline with a clear deliverable and acceptance check.
