What do I need to send you?
Send whatever already explains the process: a screen recording, video, screenshots, notes, transcript, existing document, or combination of these. It does not need to be polished.
What if my notes are messy or incomplete?
That is fine. I will organize the information you provide and identify questions or missing steps that need clarification before the final document is completed.
What files will I receive?
You will receive a finished PDF and an editable Word document unless we agree on another format before the order begins.
Can you use my company's branding?
Yes. If you provide your logo, colors, fonts, or an existing document style, I can incorporate reasonable branding into the document.
Do you provide compliance or legal SOPs?
I can document a process you provide, but I do not determine whether a process satisfies legal, HR, medical, financial, tax, safety, regulatory, or compliance requirements.
Do you use AI tools?
I may use AI-assisted tools to help organize, structure, and edit documentation. Every deliverable is reviewed, customized, and finalized for the specific process you provide. If you require a no-AI workflow, please tell me before ordering so we can confirm whether I can accommodate it.
