FAQ
Should I contact you before placing an order ?
Absolutely, yes. Please do not simply go ahead and place an order. Instead, send a message to me, and allow me to reply. Every animation / illustration project is different, so I will need some details from you in order to provide you with a fair and meaningful quote.
I already have an existing 3D model of my product. Can you include it in an animation ?
Yes, very often, I can include an existing 3D model, depending on the format. I can use a model in one of several formats (including STL, OBJ, FBX, STEP, IGES). Sometimes, I'm required to and able to convert the format. Please ask me.
What format will be the final version of the animation be in ?
Generally, the format would be MOV / MP4 Full HD at 30 frames-per-second video. However, I'm happy to discuss any other preference you might have where the format is concerned. You may wish to have 4K video output, WEBM, WEBP, GIF, etc.
