The process : "I'm considering placing an order with you. Before I do, should I contact you ?"
I strongly recommend it, yes. We can then discuss your requirements / expectations. Every project is different. So it's necessary for both you and I to understand how the project is to proceed. Also, it'll help me greatly in providing you with a fair quote for the work.
Cost : "I'm considering placing an order. But I'd like to know beforehand, how much will it cost ?
As every project is different in terms of prerequisites, workflow, costing, deliverables and turnaround time, I strongly recommend that you send me an introductory message. Once we have discussed your requirements and expectations, I will gladly provide you with a fair quote for the work.
Requirements : "To be able to start work on my project, what will you need from me ?"
Before proceeding, I would ask you to provide details of the looping animation you need, reference images (if available), and any specific style, background preference, etc. The more details you provide, the better placed we will be to progress through the project, and the better the final result
Delivery : "What format will be the final version of the product animation be in ?"
I'm happy to discuss (before order placement) your preference for video format. Options are : MP4, MOV, WEBM.
Delivery : "What will the turnaround time be ?"
Before order placement, we will discuss what turnaround time you require from me. Once an order is in place, I will work diligently to deliver ahead of the deadline. It's very helpful to me in achieving that if feedback from you (on draft versions of the deliverable), is provided in a timely manner.
Delivery : "What resolution and aspect ratio will the product animation be in ?"
I'm happy to discuss (before order placement) your preference for resolution and aspect ratio. Resolution options include '4K' and 'full HD'. Various aspect ratios are available, depending on your requirements : 16:9 ('landscape'), 9:16 ('portrait'), 1: 1 (square), etc.
