What does the service include?
I will record the script and send it to you as WAV or MP3. The service doesn't include editing it into the elearning video or adding music
What do you need from me to start working?
After you've placed an order you'll be asked to upload a script and all material I might need like a video, pronunciation guide, description etc. , so I can make sure the recording matches your idea.
Can you match the voice over to an existing video?
Yes, no problem I'll need the video file and the script. Please keep in mind that German translations are often longer longer than the English original. Your translation should match the original text length so they don't sound rushed. Contact me if you need help with that.
Do you offer a discount?
Generally, I will try to stick to my rates, although I understand every project is unique. It is hard to make rates work for every project. If you think, they are not applicable for your project, feel free to send me more info.
Do I need to add the Commercial Rights?
If you publish this video, yes!
Can you explain Commercial / Broadcast Rights?
There is a basic studio/recording fee for recording and editing, depending on the wordcount. To use this audio publicly, you have to add either Commercial Rights, if you put it on your website, instagram, or youtube etc., or Broadcast Rights if you use it for paid marketing online, TV or radio
Can I use the recording for a web video or App?
Yes. Please use the correct end-use, when placing an order or asking me for an offer
Are revisions free?
If I record something incorrectly, the revision will be free. Revisions due to missing or incomplete instructions will be charged extra.
What happens if I'm not satisfied with the recording?
If you are not satisfied, I'm not satisfied. I want you to be happy with the result! Please send me as much info beforehand as possible and I will make sure to follow the instructions to my best abilities. If my delivery still doesn't match with your expectations and I'm able to improve it, I will.
