Hiking products often fail because of poor fit, uncomfortable weight distribution, weak attachment points, inadequate protection from weather, difficult access to storage, or designs that are complicated to manufacture. I solve these product-development problems by creating functional, durable, ergonomic, and manufacturing conscious hiking and outdoor gear designs.

I design waterproof hiking boots, trekking boots, hiking backpacks, outdoor backpacks, hiking torchlights, camping lights, trekking equipment, outdoor storage products, hiking accessories, portable outdoor gear, trail equipment, and custom adventure products. For footwear and wearable equipment, I consider fit, proportions, comfort, protection, component integration, and practical use. For backpacks and gear, I consider storage layout, attachment points, accessibility, weight distribution, portability, and durability. For hiking torchlights and outdoor devices, I consider housing design, grip, controls, mounting, component placement, and protection requirements.

I will develop your product from a 2D concept sketch to detailed 3D CAD and prototype ready design.
