Do I need Canva Pro to use my templates?
No. Your templates can be created using Canva Free elements unless you specifically request features or assets that require Canva Pro. You will need a free Canva account to access and edit your designs.
Will the templates be fully editable?
Yes. You will receive an editable Canva link that allows you to update the text, images, colors, and other design elements.
What do I need to provide before you begin?
Please provide your business name, logo, brand colors and fonts, finalized text, preferred photos, social media platform, and any visual examples or inspiration you would like me to consider.
Can you help if my business does not have established branding?
Yes. I can create a visual direction based on your business, audience, personality, and preferences. However, complete logo design and full brand identity development are not included. I am happy to discuss these services with you!
Do you provide captions or copywriting?
The client should supply finalized post copy. Short caption suggestions are available as an optional Gig extra, but full copywriting, hashtag research, and content strategy are not included. I am happy to discuss these services if you are interested!
What is included in a revision?
A revision includes reasonable adjustments to the initial design, such as changes to colors, fonts, images, text placement, or layout details. A completely new creative direction is not considered a standard revision.
Will you post or manage my social media accounts?
No. This service provides reusable social media designs and editable Canva templates. Posting, scheduling, account management, and ongoing social media strategy are not included. Feel free to inquire about these services if interested, though!
