Yes. I am covered for projects up to £1 Million. If someone does not have this, they should not be providing design advice for your project and you are at risk if you use anyone without this insurance in place.

Absolutely. I know what will be required to obtain approval and its almost certain that Building Control will request additional information after submission, if submitting yourself, I will just need a copy of the request sending to me and I will update the drawings, if required.

Absolutely. I am happy for you to assign me as the Principle Designer, as required when submitting a Building Regulations Application. This is a statutory declaration that lasts for 30 years. All applications now require this at the start and upon completion.

Yes. This will be a bespoke package but please get in touch and we can set up a gig that suits your specific needs.

Yes. They are very detailed drawings and include large details making it easy to read for all parties. It will include all insulation requirements, floor, wall and roof build-ups and I am happy to discuss with your builder to ensure he is happy.

Yes, is the short answer. I have worked with many different clients and builders over the years and have the ability to make most things work. Where it is not possible, i will let you know before i start with the work and provide alternatives, if needed.
