Hi there! I'll give you a beginner upperbody training regimen.
This includes 3, ten minute lessons with me, as well as a month long training program. I will review your progress each session, and we are able to communicate outside of the lessons.
The program is shared through google sheets. This way I can monitor progress, and give easy feedback.

Will I need weights?
Yes, this program does require weights. If that's a problem, I have several bodyweight programs available!
What is the focus of this program? Upper or lower body?
This program has more upper body days than lower. However, you can always do extra lower body!
What experience do you have in the fitness industry?
I have alot of experience! I've been an athlete myself for over ten years. I player collegiate basketball, and I currently play overseas. Additionally, I have trained under many great trainers, most of whom were trained themselves by the world-renowned Charles Poliquin. It's also my passion!
Do I need a google account to access the programs?
Yes. They are provided through google sheets. We will use this to track progress, as well as communicate outside of lessons!
