Do you need my email password?
No. I connect through the official secure sign-in (OAuth) or a limited-access account, and you can revoke access at any time. Never share your password with me or anyone else.
Will emails send automatically without my approval?
Only if you want that. For AI-drafted replies, I set up a review step by default, so nothing goes out until you approve it. Fully automatic sending can be enabled for simple, safe cases like confirmations.
Can you handle attachments like invoices and PDFs?
Yes. I can extract data from PDFs, spreadsheets, and images attached to emails. Accuracy depends on the document quality, so I test with your real samples before delivery.
Are there extra costs beyond the gig price?
Yes. n8n hosting and any AI usage fees are billed by those providers to your own accounts and are not included in the gig price.
