I am a 3D modeler and have been modelling since 2019. My focus has mostly been around developing weapons, buildings and decorations for Roblox games. The source file will be a Blender file.
I can normally model a single model with in a day or two.
I won't be modelling cars.

I'm a 20 y/o 3d weapon modeler with an experience of 4 years in blender, I have practiced blender daily making weapons right and left for games like Roblox I usually can model within a day or so.

Will it be textured?
I won't be able to texture it professionally in Blender so no unless you want a model that u are going to use in Roblox then its a yes.
