How is scope determined for each package?
Each package is based on the number of flows and emails, not word counts or filler. Email length varies depending on the purpose of each message and where the customer is in the journey.
Will these flows be “complete”?
Yes, within the scope of the package. Each flow is built to function in a real customer journey, not just look good on paper. Optimization and expansion usually happen over time as performance data comes in.
How many emails should a flow actually have?
There isn’t a fixed number. It depends on the role of the flow and how much context the customer needs at that point. Some sequences only need a few well-timed messages. Others require more buildup. The focus is on making each email earn its place, not filling space.
Can you match our brand voice?
Yes, and I won’t try to reinvent it. I start with a short intake to understand how your brand sounds before writing anything. At the end of the day, it shouldn’t sound like me… it should sound like your brand on its best day.
Do you handle Klaviyo setup, integrations, or account management?
I handle both the strategy and flow setup inside Klaviyo, including triggers, timing, and structure. If you already have someone managing your account, I can also provide copy and flow structure for your team to implement.

I can map out the full flow inside Klaviyo (triggers, timing, and conditions), or deliver everything in a clear format for your team to build. Full account setup or technical configuration is not included.
Do you write campaign or promo emails as part of this gig?
This gig is focused on lifecycle sequences (welcome, abandonment, post-purchase, winback flows). Campaigns and promotions can be handled separately if needed, but they’re not included in these packages.

Priority is based on where you’re currently losing the most value. For most brands, that starts with welcome and abandonment before expanding further.
