I mainly use Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve. However, Video editing concepts can be somewhat universal, so there's a chance I can help with most programs you are using. I'd suggest messaging me before-hand so I can give you a definite answer

Yes, you can! Zoom is enabled to make recordings that will save to your computer. As the class is over you can watch the lesson later. I will also suggest that you take notes.
