FAQ
What do you need from me to start?
A 3D model in STEP, SolidWorks, Fusion 360, OBJ or a KeyShot file, plus any brand colours or reference images.
Can you render models made in SolidWorks or other CAD software?
Yes. Most CAD formats import cleanly, and I will tell you before starting if yours does not.
What if I don't have a 3D model?
I can build one from your sketch or drawings as an add-on, +$45.
What resolution do you deliver?
Up to 4K. Tell me your intended use and I will set the output accordingly.
Can you match my brand colours or references?
Yes. Send hex codes, a style guide, or reference images and materials are matched to them.
Will I get the KeyShot source file?
Not inside a package. The scene file is a paid add-on at 20% of the package price and includes the materials and lighting setup, so you can re-render yourself.
How many revisions are included?
One on Basic, two on Standard, unlimited on Premium.
Can you animate the product?
Yes. A 360 turntable is included in Premium and available as a +$25 add-on on other tiers. Exploded assembly animation is also available.
How long does delivery take?
3, 4, or 7 days by tier, with rush options if you need it sooner.
