Do you offer discounts?
Yes, I offer discounts to repeat buyers.
What software do you use?
SolidWorks primarily, where I am CSWP certified, plus Fusion 360 and AutoCAD depending on the project.
Can you provide files for CNC machining and 3D printing?
Yes. STEP and STL come free with every order.
Can you provide source files?
Yes. Native editable files such as SLDPRT are a paid add-on, priced at 20% of the package price, because releasing the source is a sign-off on the design rather than a file export.
Can you build a 3D model from a drawing, sketch, photo, or physical part?
Yes. Old drawings, hand sketches, blueprints, reference photos and physical samples all work as a starting point.
Can you work from a 3D scan or mesh?
Yes. Scan data converts into clean, editable solid geometry rather than an untouchable surface.
Will the model be editable if I want changes later?
Yes. Models are built with proper feature trees and design intent, so you or another engineer can change a dimension without the model falling apart.
Can you create engineering drawings with dimensions and tolerances?
Yes. Two drawings come with Standard and five with Premium, GD&T on request. Larger drawing sets are better ordered through my dedicated drawings gig.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, on request, before any files are shared.
What if the model is not what I expected?
Revisions are included in every package, one on Basic and unlimited on Premium. Message me before ordering so we agree scope up front and revisions stay small.
