not at all professional. drawing devoid of details is vented. I anticipated that I needed the very high resolution to print on a large canvas. The first time he gave me a resolution for 50 cm wide. I pointed out the mistake and he sent me the same drawing enlarged badly. he never responded to me again, not at all professional. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT
