A corrupted file is usually not a lost file. Most of the time the data is still sitting there intact and only the structure around it is broken.
I repair files at the byte level, with a hex editor and a parser written for your specific format. I am not running a consumer recovery app on your file and hoping. I read the structure and rebuild what is damaged.
Best suited to:
Unusual, proprietary or in-house formats
Truncated or partially written files
Broken headers, wrong offsets, failed compression
Project and save files from niche or discontinued software
Binary files that nothing else will open
Start with the diagnosis package. I examine the file and tell you honestly what is damaged and whether recovery is realistic, with a byte level report. If it is fixable, the diagnosis fee comes straight off the repair.
I will not take your money for a file I cannot recover. If it is genuinely unrecoverable I will tell you that and show you why.

FAQ
What if the file cannot be recovered?
You will know that after the diagnosis, before spending repair money. If I take a repair order and then cannot deliver, I refund it. I would rather lose the order than the rating.
Is my file kept private?
Yes. Files are deleted after delivery, never shared and never reused. If the contents are sensitive, say so and I will confirm deletion in writing when the order closes.
Do you repair Word, Excel or video files?
I can, but plenty of sellers do that for less and I would rather point you to them. My value is in unusual, proprietary and undocumented formats that standard repair tools do not recognise.
Can you recover a file from a dead drive?
No. That is physical recovery and it needs a lab. I work on files you can already copy but cannot open.
