What do you need from me to start?
A short description of the problem, a screenshot or video if possible, and your website URL or the project files (HTML, CSS, JS). If the site is live, I may also need FTP, hosting or GitHub access.
Which package should I choose?
Basic is for one specific bug, Standard for up to 3 issues and Premium for up to 7 issues plus mobile and cross-browser fixes. If you're not sure, send me a message and I'll recommend the right one.
Do you work with WordPress, Shopify or Wix?
My specialty is custom HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React and PHP/Laravel sites. Many front-end issues on other platforms are CSS or JS problems I can fix, so message me first and I'll confirm before you order.
What if the bug can't be fixed?
I review the problem before starting. If I find it can't be solved within the scope of the order, I'll tell you right away and we can adjust the order or cancel it with no charge.
