About this gig
If you have a .STL or .OBJ mesh i will generate the surfaces and NURBS to convert it to a solid and industry standard compatible .STP or .IGES (.IGS) format 3D model.
Depending on the type of model is better to inform the use of the model to better understand the process of conversion. Eg. Freeform, mechanical part, organic shape, etc. Also add one dimension or the final size of the part to avoid scale issues.

I have a multiple part assembly, is it considered as a whole model?
Depending on the complexity of the assembly it may require separate job/gig requests.
May i use this STP file in Solidworks?
Solidworks imports STP files as they are an industry standard.
May i use the STP file for simulation.
Of course, STP files are a watertight 3D model perfectly suitable for simulations like FEA or FEM. You will need a software suited for those kind of simulations.
I converted a mesh to solid and the PC is super sluggish. Can you help me with that?
In general, CAD softwares can't handle a high NURBS count. Sometimes the automatic mesh to STP conversion doesn't work because you are converting each polygon to NURBs, in that case a proper conversion has to be made to generate curved surfaces from those meshes with less number of NURBs surfaces.
Can you convert a STL/OBJ mesh for CNC machining.
Yes, depending on the complexity of the model, proper STP conversion is the correct way to prepare for machining as it's easier to generate moulds/toolpaths.
