What do I need to do to start creating the chatbot with you?
You need to first send me a message to discuss the WhatsApp chatbot, after that I will be able to start.
Where is the chatbot's flow logic stored?
The logic will be designed in my own code and stored on a dedicated server for it.
How is a conversation step counted?
A conversation step is each message predefined by the chatbot and sent to the client after the client sends a message. If I write to the chatbot "Hello" and the chatbot responds "Hello, how are you?" that would count as one step.
Why should I choose your own logic with your code over another platform?
By using my own code, I'll have more control over the chatbot's functionality and its features. I can design messages according to your needs and requirements.
Can you add AI to the chatbot?

Will I have to pay anything extra besides the gig I'm ordering?
Yes, after the first month, you will have to pay a price according to the conversations and the number of clients you plan to have. That money will be used for the server where the chatbot's logic will be hosted. Additionally, you need to pay Meta to use its WhatsApp services.
