I´m a professional architect with more than 8 years of experience in architecture design and construction fields. I'm Sebastian Amtmann, a professional architect with more than 8 year of experience in the architecture and construction industry.
I have studied my architecture degree in Mexico City and my master's degree in advanced architecture projects in Madrid. I have participated in numerous projects, from residential remodeling to mixed-use projects with more than 100,000 square meters of construction.

3.- What architecture experience do you have?
I am an architect with more than 5 years of experience. I have worked on several architecture firms around the world where I developed all types of projects. Since 2018 I have my own architecture firm based in Mexico City and Madrid.
4.- Does the packages include revisions?
Yes, all the packages include 2 revisions for free. Nevertheless, additional revisions can be negotiated on a case by case basis
5.- What do you need to get started?
When you reach out to me, please include some sketches, reference images, approximate area, plot, or existing dimensions. The more information you can provide the better. This will help us to develop a more accurate project for you.
6.-How is the price calculated?
The price depends on three points: 1.- Size (sqm - sqft) 2.- Complexity 3.- Level of detail (Conceptual, mid or full schematic package)
7.- Do you make interior design?

8.- Which type of files will you deliver?
We will provide PDF, JPG, CAD, and RVT Files. (Revit files only available on the full schematic design package)
9.- What other services do you offer?
We offer architectural floor plan design, 3d model design, landscape design, interior design, architectural consulting, bathroom, and kitchen detailing with casework design.
