About this gig

I am an Italian chess player with a 2000 Rapid rating on Chess.com. I have also participated in several over-the-board tournaments and regularly play at a local chess club.

I offer practical, personalized coaching for different levels, from beginner to advanced.

We will use your own games to understand not only which moves were mistakes, but why you made them and how to improve your decision-making.

Depending on your needs, our lessons can include:

analysis of your recent games

tactical awareness and threat recognition

opening principles without excessive memorization

middlegame plans and strategic ideas

essential endgames

time management and practical OTB thinking

a realistic training routine

Lessons are available in English or Italian.

Please message me before ordering so we can confirm availability and choose the right package for your goals.

Hi! I’m Sebastiano, an Italian chess player with a 2000 Rapid rating on chess.com. In addition to playing online, I have participated in several over-the-board tournaments and regularly attend a local chess club, where I play and interact with players of different strengths and styles. I help beginners and improving players understand their recurring mistakes, develop a better thinking process, and build an effective training routine. My approach is practical and based mainly on the student’s own games rather than memorizing long engine variations. Lessons are available in English or Italian.
