FAQ
I haven’t used OpenAI Ads Manager before. Can you help?
Yes. I will guide you through account setup and check campaign readiness before starting. Your business keeps ownership of the account, billing and campaign data.
Can you run ChatGPT ads for my Shopify store?
Yes, subject to your account and product eligibility. We can promote an agreed product or collection and send visitors directly to the relevant Shopify page. Product-feed setup requires a separate quote.
Does conversion tracking show purchases or leads?
Standard and Premium include OpenAI Pixel setup and one agreed conversion event, such as a purchase, lead or signup. I will check website compatibility first, test the event and share a setup summary. Conversions API is separate.
What if my ChatGPT ads get clicks but no sales?
I will review the available data to identify possible issues with the ads, context hints or landing page. Premium includes campaign adjustments during the management period. Website changes are quoted separately.
Is advertising spend included in your price?
No. Your Fiverr payment covers the agreed setup and management work. You pay advertising spend directly to OpenAI and approve the campaign budget before launch.
