What information do you need to start my PCB design project?
To begin, please provide your project requirements, circuit idea, existing schematic (if available), PCB dimensions, preferred number of layers, component list, manufacturer preference (JLCPCB, PCBWay, etc.), and any mechanical or enclosure constraints.
What files will I receive after the project is completed?
You'll receive all manufacturing-ready files, including KiCad source files, Gerber files, NC Drill files, Bill of Materials (BOM), Pick & Place (CPL) files, schematic PDF, PCB layout PDF, and 3D PCB previews. STEP files are included in applicable packages.
Can you design both the PCB schematic and PCB layout?
Yes. I provide complete PCB development, including circuit design, schematic capture, PCB layout, component selection, routing optimization, and manufacturing documentation.
Which PCB design software do you use?
I primarily use KiCad for PCB schematic design and PCB layout. If needed, I can also work with existing design files and ensure they are optimized for manufacturing.
