The gig provides an independent Red Team review designed to identify hidden assumptions, blind spots, incentive conflicts, execution challenges, omitted information, and system weaknesses.

When you're evaluating a business idea, reviewing a proposal, planning a new venture, navigating a workplace challenge, or trying to understand why something isn't working, I provide written findings based on analysis rather than validation.

My process focuses on three areas:

How do the systems involved actually function?

What assumptions are being made?

What information may be missing or omitted?

Strong decisions often require asking difficult and even uncomfortable questions. My review is designed to surface those questions before additional time, money, trust, or resources are committed.
