What is your typical price and turnaround time?
My price and turnaround time totally depends upon the size & complexity of the project shared with me. I generally take less than a couple of weeks’ time for medium-sized projects. And, I provide quotes and timelines within 12 hours of getting project details.
What Software you use?
I have expertise with AutoCAD and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
What do you need from us to start a project?
To bid a project, I would need the following from your side: - Architectural drawings set. - A scope of work sheet or Scope highlighted on the architectural drawing Set. - Any of your similar past work/ completed projects to be used as a reference to understand the level of detail of your requireme
Do you cover all redlines within you quote?
Yes, I cover all redlines in my quote but if there comes any design change or scope change, that is considered R&R, and I charge for that. If the change is minor, I do it free of cost.
Are you familiar with AWI / AWMAC standards?
Many of my clients are members of AWI and AWMAC. I have expertise with the standards laid out by AWI and AWMAC. Some of my clients have their own set of standards that they follow, and I even implicate their standards in the drawings which I create for them.
