I'm drawing architectural floor plans of any sizes (from your sketch or sample image) with labels, dimensions, sqft/sqm + 3D model in 2 different angles so you can get a better perception of your space.
It can be improved by adding furniture (standard package) or at least high-quality rendering (contact me).
